Terms and Conditions for the AfroTouch Design Brand Ambassador Programme on Afrofiliate.com Affiliate Network

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the participation of registered affiliates in the AfroTouch Design Brand Ambassador Programme on the Afrofiliate.com Affiliate Network. By registering for the program, affiliates agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions
"AfroTouch Design" refers to the brand represented by the program.
"Afrofiliate.com" refers to the affiliate network that manages the program.
"Affiliate" refers to any individual or entity that registers for the program and is approved by Afrofiliate.com.

3. Affiliate Registration
To become an affiliate for the AfroTouch Design Brand Ambassador Programme, interested individuals must register on the Afrofiliate.com website and complete the registration process. All registration information must be accurate and complete.

4. Affiliate Eligibility
To be eligible for the program, affiliates must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid and active website, blog, or social media account
Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not engage in any illegal or unethical behavior

5. Commission
Affiliates will receive a commission on any sales generated through their unique referral link or discount code. Commission rates and payment terms will be specified by the program and are subject to change at any time.

6. Marketing and Promotion
Affiliates may market and promote the AfroTouch Design brand through their website, blog, or social media account using their unique referral link or discount code. Affiliates may not engage in any illegal or unethical behavior, or engage in any activities that could harm the reputation of AfroTouch Design or Afrofiliate.com.

7. Relationship
The affiliate is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of AfroTouch Design or Afrofiliate.com. The affiliate is responsible for all taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with participating in the program.

8. Non-Exclusive Agreement
The affiliate relationship is non-exclusive, and AfroTouch Design and Afrofiliate.com may enter into similar agreements with other individuals or entities.

9. Termination and Cancellation
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time and for any reason. Any commissions earned before termination will be paid to the affiliate. In the event of any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions, Afrofiliate.com reserves the right to cancel the affiliate relationship and withhold any earned commissions.

10. Confidentiality
The affiliate agrees to keep all confidential information obtained through the program confidential and to not disclose or use the information for any purpose other than participating in the program.

11. Intellectual Property
AfroTouch Design owns all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. The affiliate may use AfroTouch Design's intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting the AfroTouch Design brand in connection with the program.

12. Indemnification
The affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AfroTouch Design and Afrofiliate.com from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the affiliate's participation in the program.

13. Limitation of Liability
AfroTouch Design and Afrofiliate.com are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by affiliates in connection with the program. In no event shall AfroTouch Design or Afrofiliate.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the program.

14. Modification
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time
